Zoom’s role is to process the data (on behalf of Parenti Law) according to their instructions. Zoom does not use the content of phone calls, meetings, or chat for its own advertising purposes.

Standard protections

Zoom provides a base level of security and privacy by maintaining safeguards for data protection, such as encrypting communications. 

Limited access

Zoom employees do not access customer content unless required for legal, safety, security, or support reasons.

Privacy rights

The privacy of our clients calling our Zoom Phone number is subject to both Zoom’s general Privacy Statement and, more importantly, their own privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to recording

If a call is being recorded, Zoom provides a notification (visual or audio), and the individual can choose to end the call if they do not consent.

Data access

Information (like the end user’s name, phone number, and potentially the content of their conversation) may be accessible to Parenti Law and its administrators.

Embedded Content

Articles on this site may include embedded, third-party content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded, third-party content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
